When you buy from Jasie Blanks we protect your privacy. We do not sell or exchange customer information. We've established procedures to protect your privacy when purchasing via the Internet. On occasion, you may receive an e-mail from us to communicate information regarding your order or to let you know about our products. This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Jasie Blanks and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Jasie Blanks believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Jasie Blanks and its subsidiaries.
CUSTOMER AGREES THAT USE AND PURCHASE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT CUSTOMER’S OWN RISK. Jasie Blanks charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Please remember do not combine pre-orders with RTS items or all items will be held until pre-order arrives. Orders for pre-ordered items cannot be canceled. Most shipments are coming from overseas and can be delayed due to customs. Please allow additional time for us to get them and get them shipped to you.
Sales are a great way to save money. Jasie Blanks does run sales periodicity. For items in stock we normally ship within 1-2 business days. For items such as printed vinyl, transfers, or anything made to order you must allow 14 business days for these orders to ship. Please allow additional time for us to get them packaged and shipped to you.
Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Jasie Blanks ships merchandise to locations within the United States and APO. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier USPS, UPS, or Fed-ex.
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options) Paypal or Credit/Debit Card. When paying with Paypal you need to be sure to confirm your shipping address is correct. We are required to ship to the address Paypal provides us to protect both of us. Jasie Blanks reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Our products are inspected before shipping, but if for some reason one slipped through the cracks and there was a problem, we will send you a new one immediately at no cost. If you did not get the right sizes or styles please let us know immediately and we will get it corrected ASAP!!
Wholesale Returns: We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase most of the times, but we understand that occasionally a mistake can be made from item selection to boxes being handled the wrong way or any other steps in between. Hence, we accept returns for the following conditions:
· Items were damaged en-route.
· Items that were originally defective.
· Items are wrong.
All returns should meet the following conditions:
You must contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the items.
· Must be returned within 7 days of receipt of merchandise according to tracking number.
Holiday items are allowed only if returned at least 30 days prior to the Holiday.
Clothing such as swimwear is not returnable or refundable unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Customer should note that the return with any reason of non-defective merchandise is subject to 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable both ways.
We will not take any returns that have been monogrammed or that have been shipped to your customer and they are returning to you. That is considered a 3rd party to us and we will not accept the return.
FINAL SALE OR IMPERFECT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE
Jasie Blanks will not be responsible or liable for any injuries that may incur from its product.
As purchaser, I certify that I am engaged in the business of selling merchandise and services of the kind and type sold by your firm. Colors of items may slightly differ due to the photo quality. Unless otherwise specified, I certify that all merchandise and services purchased on or after this date is to be resold.
I also certify that if the merchandise and services are withdrawn for use other than for resale I will report the transaction to my respective State Government's Department of Revenue as a withdrawal from stock and pay the tax thereon based upon the reasonable and fair market value, but not less than the original purchase price.
Furthermore, I understand I am assuming liability for the sales or use tax on transactions between me and your firm. (Certain organizations and purchases are exempt from State Sales Tax).
